“When I graduated from university, this laptop was my only possession,” Kamugisha said, displaying it proudly. Kamugisha Marius, a young Rwandan entrepreneur, received the laptop when he won the prestigious Infographics Competition.

Somali Statistics Bureau Delegation Visits NISR For Experience Exchange

From 15-19 August 2016 a delegation from the Directorate of Statistics of the Federal Government of Somalia, Department of Statistics in Somaliland and Puntland together with Statistics Sweden had organized a study tour to National Institute of Statistics of Rwanda (NISR) to share experiences .

The trip also presents an opportunity for Somali statistical management team to better discuss the cooperation between Somali statistical authorities and NISR.
