the Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning and the National Institute of Statistics Rwanda (NISR) have organized a joint launch of the Economic Development and Poverty Reduction Startegy (EDPRS 2) elaboration and the publication of the Integrated Household Living Conditions Survey (EICV 3) report as well as the 4th Demographic and Health Survey (DHS 4) results.
