Mrs KAYITESI Claudette
Mrs. Claudette KAYITESI is theDirector of the Statistical Methods, Research, and Publications (SMRP) Unit at the National Institute of Statistics of Rwanda (NISR), a role she has held since April 2025. She previously served as Training Center Manager from January 2022 to July 2024, and as a Training Specialist from November 2020 to December 2022, where she contributed to the design and delivery of capacity-building programs.
Before joining NISR, she worked as an Assistant Lecturer at the Catholic Institute of Kabgayi and as a Part-Time Assistant Lecturer at Kigali Independent University.
Mrs. KAYITESI holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the Open University of Tanzania and a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Social Studies.
