Mrs UWINEZA Claudine
Mrs. UWINEZA Claudine is the Director of Human Resources and Administration at the National Institute of Statistics of Rwanda (NISR), a role she has held since April 2025.
Before her current role, she served as an Imihigo Evaluation Specialist at NISR, supporting the monitoring and assessment of performance contracts in central and local government. She brings over 20 years of experience in public administration, human resource management, local governance, and monitoring and evaluation. Before joining NISR, she served as Vice Mayor in charge of Economic Development in Kamonyi District.
Mrs. UWINEZA holds a Master’s degree in Local Governance and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Rwanda, as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Hospital Management from Germany.
