ADDENDUM to the tender document

The National Institute of Statistics of Rwanda (NISR) hereby informs all interested bidders by the tender notice with different tenders with reference numbers n^o039 to 047/2012-2013 which was published in New Times of 11^th April 2013, Page 30 posted on DG market and NISR website that the date of submission of bids has been postponed from June 13^th and 14^th May 2013 to May 22^nd, 2013 at 10H: 00 am, hours prompt, local time, 08:00 GMT for the renders numbered  from N^O039/2012-2013 TO 042/F/2012-2013 and to May 23^rd for the renders numbered from N^O043/2012-2013 TO 047/2012-2013.

Interested companies by the tenders published in the above mentioned newspaper and different web sites are requested to collect at NISR Procurement office the tender documents from 22^nd April 2013 at any time of working days from 08H: 00 am to 05H: 00 pm until the deadline of submission.

Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at NISR office, on the dates mentioned above at 10: 30 am, hours prompt, local time, 08:30 GMT.

Other information remains unchanged.
