In December  2008 the general consumer prices index is established at 178.6 this stands for a decrease of 0.95% over the previous month which was 180.3. In annual change it increased by 22.32% compared to 22.37% in the previous month. This gives a general inflation rate by an annual average of 15.4% during the month of December 2008.
