In preparation for the 4th IYASC to be held in Kigali, Rwanda in July 2014, the ISIbalo Capacity Building Programme office within Statistics South Africa (Stats SA) in partnership with the National Institute of Statistics of Rwanda (NISR) extend a call for submission of abstracts to all Young Statisticians who will be 35 years and younger by end of June 2014.
