Procurement Method: 'National Competitive Bidding Method (NCBM)"

The National Institute of Statistics of Rwanda (NISR) has received funds from Ordinary Budget allocated to NISR towards the cost of security guards services to the National Institute of Statistics of Rwanda (NISR) for the priod of two (2) years starting from the date of contract signed by the two contracting parties.

Producer Price Index Report (Third Quarter 2012)

The index for the third quarter 2012 registered an increase of  1.21 percent compared to the index of the second  quarter of 2012.

External Trade Statistics (Quarter 1-3, 2012)

In the July-September quarter, Rwanda’s total trade of US$600.1 million was made up of imports of US$468.6 million, exports of US$110.3 million, and re-exports of US$21.2 million.

Consumer Price Index- October 2012

In October 2012 the All Urban general index is established at 118.4 this stands for an increase of 0.33% over the previous month which was 118.0. In annual change it increased by 5.36% compared to 5.63% in the previous month. This gives a general inflation rate by an annual average of 6.9% during the month of October 2012.


Distribution of computers for Local Capacity Development in Districts

On 8th October, 2012, the National Institute of Statistics of Rwanda (NISR) and its partners from Public Sector Capacity Building Secretariat (PSCBS), Belgian Technical Cooperation (BTC) and the United Nations (UN), will donate computers to Kamonyi District in South Province.
