The Urban CPI increased by 0.9 percent on annual basis and increased by 0.7 percent on a monthly basis. The annual average rate between March 2018 and March 2017 is 3.2 percent.
Labour Force Survey Report (August 2017)
The National Institute of Statistics of Rwanda (NISR) introduced the Labour Force Survey (LFS) program to avail statistics on employment and labour market in Rwanda on a continuous basis, providing bi-annual estimates of the main labour force aggregates. Labour statistics play an essential role in the efforts of the country to achieve decent work for all. These statistics are needed for the development of policies towards this goal and for assessing progress towards decent work.
GDP National Accounts, 2017
In 2017, GDP at current market prices was estimated to be Rwf 7,597 billion, up from Rwf 6,672 billion in 2016. Estimates calculated in 2014 prices shows that GDP was 6.1 percent higher in real terms compared to 2016.
GDP National Accounts (Fourth Quarter 2017)
In the fourth quarter of 2017, GDP at current market prices was estimated to be Frw 1,985 billion, up from Frw 1,751 billion in Q4 2016. In 2017 Q4, estimates calculated in 2014 prices show that GDP growth was 10.5 percent higher in real terms compared to the same quarter of 2016

The Urban CPI increased by 0.7 percent on annual basis and increased by 0.6 percent on a monthly basis. The annual average rate between February 2018 and February 2017 is 3.7 percent.
Producer Price Index Report (Fourth Quarter 2017)
The general index for the fourth quarter 2017, registered an increase of 3.97 percent compared to the index of the fourth quarter 2016, and a decrease of 0,10 percent compared to the index of the previous quarter (third quarter 2017).

The Urban CPI increased by 1.3 percent on annual basis and increased by 0.2 percent on a monthly basis. The annual average rate between January 2018 and January 2017 is 4.3 percent.
Formal external trade in Goods report (December 2017)
The deficit in the balance of formal trade in goods was US$ 20.58 million in December 2017, a decrease of 63.98 per cent when compared to the previous month of November 2017. Year-over-year, the formal trade in goods deficit decreased by 75.38 per cent on the deficit of December 2016.

Formal external trade in Goods report (November 2017)
The deficit in the balance of formal trade in goods was US$ 57.14 million in November 2017, an increase of 7.43 per cent when compared to the previous month of October 2017. Year-over-year, the formal trade in goods deficit decreased by 25.39 per cent on the deficit of November 2016.
