In October 2010 the All Urban general index is established at 104.3 this stands for a decrease of 0.47% over the previous month which was 104.8. In annual change it increased by 0.17% compared to 1.47% in the previous month. This gives a general inflation rate by an annual average of 3.3% during the month of October 2010.
