Seasonal Agricultural Survey (Season A, 2021)
The NISR has conducted the Seasonal Agriculture Survey for the 2021 agricultural year that covered the season A, with the aim to provide more comprehensive data on Rwandan agriculture sector.During 2021 Season A,data collection started from 13th December 2020 to 15th February 2021 covering 1200 segments and 325 large scale farmers’ holdings across all the country.
Consumer Price Index (CPI) - March 2021
Urban CPI increased by 2 percent on annual basis (March 2021 to March 2020) and increased by 1.4 percent on monthly basis (March 2021 to February 2021).The annual average inflation rate between March 2021 to March 2020 was 6.2 percent.
Index of Industrial Production (formal activity),February 2021
In February 2021, the Index of Industrial Production (IIP) shows that, industrial output (formal sector) decreased by 10.3 percent compared to February 2020, against a decrease of 9.9 percent on annual average basis.
Formal external trade in Goods report (February 2021)
The deficit in the balance of formal trade in goods was US$ 171.58 million in February 2021, an increase of 11.65 per cent compared to the previous month of January 2021. Year-over-year, the formal trade in goods deficit decreased by 12.71 per cent on the deficit of February 2020.
Producer Price Index Report,February 2021
Rwanda’s general Producer Price Index combining both prices for local and export products registered an annual increase of 2.6 percent in February 2021. Monthly general PPI increased by 0.4 percent. Local PPI increased by 2.5 percent in February 2021, while Export PPI increased by 4.8 percent in February 2021.
Labour Force Survey Annual Report 2020
The Rwanda Labour Force survey programme begun in 2016 with an annual sample spread into two rounds to provide bi-annual estimates of main indicators at the National level. From February 2019, the annual sample was spread into four rounds to provide estimates of main labour market indicators on quarterly basis at the National level. This specific report pull together different rounds of the labour force survey conducted within a specific year namely February, May, August and November.

The Labour Force Survey (LFS) programme collect data on employment and labour underutilization characteristics of the population on a continuous basis, providing quarterly estimates of the main labour force aggregates with sufficient precision at the National level since 2016.
GDP National Accounts (Fourth Quarter 2020)
In the fourth quarter of 2020, GDP at current market prices was estimated at Frw 2,563 billion.In this quarter, estimates calculated in 2017 prices show that GDP decreased 0.6 percent compared to the same quarter of 2019.

In 2020, GDP at current market prices was estimated to be Frw 9.746 billion, up from Frw 9.315 billion in 2019,estimates calculated in 2017 prices show that GDP decreased 3.4 percent compared to 2019. This reflects the ongoing public health catastrophe of covid19.
Formal external trade in Goods report (Q4,2020)
In the fourth quarter of 2020, Rwanda’s total trade was US$ 1231.61 million, an increase of 0.86 percent over the fourth quarter of 2019. Exports were US$ 241.35 million, imports were US$ 900.35 million and re-exports were US$ 89.91 million.
