Rwanda’s general Producer Price Index covering both local and export products registered an annual increase of 21.1 percent in August 2026, Local PPI increased by 18.9 percent in August 2026, and Export PPI increased by 25.1 percent in August 2026.
On annual basis:
- General Producer Price Index increased by 21.1 percent,
- Local Producer Price Index increased by 18.9 percent,
- Export Producer Price Index increased by 25.1 percent.
On monthly basis:
- General Producer Price Index decreased by 0.2 percent,
- Local Producer Price Index increased by 0.2 percent,
- Export Producer Price Index decreased by 3.7 percent.
