Producer Price Index Report - November 2022
Rwanda’s general Producer Price Index combining both prices for local and export products registered an annual increase of 12.3 percent in November 2022, Local PPI increased by 8.9 percent in November 2022, and Export PPI increased by 21.7 percent in November 2022.
Multidimensional Child Poverty in Rwanda (MODA) Report
The present Multidimensional Overlapping Deprivation Analysis (MODA) report is a follow-up to the 2018 study to measure Rwanda’s multidimensional poverty situation among children under 5 years of age using the Demographic and Health Survey 2019/2020. The study also includes a trend analysis in child poverty based on evidence from DHS 2014/15 and DHS 2019/20.

GDP National Accounts (Third Quarter 2022)
In the third quarter of 2022, GDP at current market prices was estimated at Frw 3,583 billion, up from Frw 2,758 billion in same quarter of 2021. In this quarter, services contributed 47 percent of GDP, Agriculture contributed 24 percent of GDP, Industry contributed 21 percent of GDP and 8 percent was attributed to adjustment for taxes and subsidies on products.
Formal external trade in Goods report (Q3,2022)
In the third quarter of 2022, Rwanda’s total trade was US$ 2,031.24 million, an increase of 48 percent over the third quarter of 2021. Exports were US$ 342.69 million; imports were US$ 1,500.79 million and re-exports were US$ 187.76 million.
Consumer Price Index (CPI) - November 2022
Urban CPI increased by 21.7 percent on annual basis (November 2022 and November 2021) and increased by 0.8 percent on monthly basis (November 2022 to October 2022). Theannual average inflation rate between November 2022 and November 2021 was 12.3 percent.

Formal external trade in Goods report (October 2022)
The deficit in the balance of formal trade in goods was US$ 302.39 million in October 2022, a decrease of 16.52 per cent compared to the previous month of September 2022. Year-over-year, the formal trade in goods deficit increased by 49.18 per cent on the deficit of October 2021.

The Labour Force Survey (LFS) programme collect data on employment and labour underutilization characteristics of the population on a continuous basis, providing quarterly estimates of the main labour force aggregates with sufficient precision at the National level since 2016.

In October 2022, the Index of Industrial Production (IIP) shows that, industrial output (formal sector) increased by 9.4 percent compared to October 2021, against an increase of 12.6 percent on annual average basis
